Brad and Janet, newlyweds, face a flat tire on a cold and stormy night while heading to the home of an old friend who introduced them. Desperate for help, they stumble upon a rather peculiar castle and decide to ask to use the phone. Upon entering, they are greeted by a series of unusual and wild characters, including the eccentric Dr. Frank N. Furter, a doctor, biochemist, and transvestite.

Amidst the lightning and thunder, Frank invites Brad, Janet, and the audience into his laboratory, where he unveils his latest creation: Rocky, a meticulously crafted human being, muscular and tanned. From there, Brad and Janet are swept into a surreal and mysterious journey through the rooms of the ancient castle, filled with captivating dances and breathtaking songs.
